Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:

    • In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
    • Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  • Shape the Doughnut Holes:

    • Lightly flour your hands and roll the dough into small 1-inch balls.
    • Set them aside on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Heat the Oil:

    • In a deep pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
