Instructions

  • Prepare the Steak: Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  • Make Garlic Butter: Reduce heat to low, add butter, and stir in minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
