For the Ribs:

  • 45 lbs pork baby back ribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
  • Slow Cook: Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  • Broil for Extra Flavor (Optional): Transfer ribs to a baking sheet, brush with extra sauce, and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Slice the ribs and drizzle with remaining sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
