- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 box of macaroni and cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning packet and cook according to package instructions. Set aside.
- Cook the macaroni and cheese according to package instructions, using the milk and butter. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, spoon a generous amount of the mac and cheese onto each tortilla, followed by a scoop of the taco meat.
- Add desired toppings such as diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, or salsa.
- Fold the tortillas in half to form a taco shape and serve immediately.

- For best results, use an 80/20 lean-to-fat ratio ground beef for juicier tacos.
