- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Dice the tomatoes, slice the cucumber and bell pepper, and thinly slice the red onion.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add the Kalamata olives and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Greek Salad with Kalamata Olives!
