Prepare the Cinnamon Swirl:
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or squeeze bottle and set aside.

Make the Pancake Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined (do not overmix).

Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.
- Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet.
- Quickly pipe the cinnamon swirl onto the pancake batter in a spiral motion.

Flip and Finish Cooking:
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

- In a bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

Notes
- For a thinner drizzle, add more milk to the icing.
