- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
For the Lemon Butter Drizzle:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the Parmesan Crust: In a bowl, mix Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry, brush with olive oil or melted butter, then press the Parmesan mixture onto the tops.
- Bake: Place salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
