Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    • Set up a breading station: place the flour in one dish, beaten eggs in a second, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano in a third.
  • Bread the Chicken:
    • Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
    • Dip into the beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
    • Coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
