Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
