Ingredients

  • 8 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil. Place two slices, oil side down, on your work surface.

  • Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side up.
  • Grill the sandwiches in the panini press until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from the press, slice diagonally, and serve immediately.
