- 1 pizza dough (pre-made or homemade)
- 4 large eggs
- 6 slices of crispy bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as chives or parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the pizza dough with a thin layer of olive oil.
- Sprinkle a light layer of cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the base.
- Place crispy bacon slices on top of the cheese.
- Gently crack the eggs onto the pizza, making sure to keep the yolks intact.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Slice and serve immediately.

- For a different flavor, try adding other toppings like spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
