Ingredients
For the Potatoes:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Air Fryer: Set to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
2️⃣ Season the Potatoes: Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
3️⃣ Air Fry the Potatoes: Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4️⃣ Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
5️⃣ Serve & Drizzle: Once potatoes are crispy and golden, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
✔ For extra crispiness, add 1 tbsp cornstarch to the seasoning mix.
✔ Adjust spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
✔ Use vegan mayo for a plant-based version.
